This Privacy Policy explains how Hoop Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Landon Cunningham from Prince George, British Columbia, Canada, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Hoop Lab online basketball skill drills and strength training platform at hooplabstraining.com (the “Service”).

- Subscription and billing details — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processors may collect payment card or billing information on our behalf; we typically receive limited billing metadata, not full card numbers
- Training and progress data — workouts completed, drills logged, session notes, and related activity
- Social / sharing choices — if you opt in to share session progress; progress is private by default
- Communications — messages you send us
- Age-related information — where needed to apply age or guardian rules
Exact billing data flow should be confirmed with the chosen payment provider before launch.

- Device and browser type, operating system, and general usage logs
- IP address and approximate location derived from it

- Pages viewed, features used, and timing of visits
3.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from payment processors, authentication or email delivery providers, and analytics providers.
Named subprocessors should be listed once vendors are finalized.

- Create and manage accounts and subscriptions
- Process payments and manage Free and paid (for example, Athlete) plans when payments go live
- Personalize training content and track progress you choose to record
- Enable optional social features you turn on (shared session progress remains private unless you opt in)

- Respond to support requests and feedback
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms
- Comply with legal obligations
- Analyze usage in aggregated or de-identified form
We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing email practices and CASL consent requirements should be confirmed before any promotional campaigns.

- Service providers who help us host, process payments, send email, provide analytics, or support the Service
- Other users, only if you opt in to share session progress or similar social features

We do not share your training progress publicly by default.

- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Storage locations and cross-border transfer notices should be documented before launch.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
